The equipment listed is regularly used by Tim Wolfe of Akamai Movies for location production activities. Day rates for video assist services are priced according to the requirements for each production. Member IATSE 665,. Day rates for equipment rental are listed below. Sony GV D800 Digital 8 Clamshell VCR
Portable Digital 8 videotape recorder and editor. Supplied with clamshell LCD monitor. Timecode DV editing available. Firewire, S-Video, and analog inputs and outputs. 2 Lithium ion batteries and cables included. For use with AC or DC power on location. $ 50
MAC Powerbook Video Capture and Non Linear Editng System.
Firewire interface to Sony DSR-30 or GV-D800 VCR or DV cameras. 500Mhz CPU, 640 MB RAM. Loaded with Final Cut Pro 4.0, Cinestream 3.1, OS 9.2.2, many other software editing and production tools. Priced for studio or location use with AC or DC power. Includes BJC-85 printer. Ideal for quick edits, effects analysis, or prints of video frames on location. $ 150

Editorial
We can provide digital editing of video assist tapes on location, or full post production editorial services for your behind the scenes or candids video tapes. Priced per production.

Duplication available to/from DVCAM, DV, D-8, Hi-8, VHS (PAL, SECAM, VHS-C)
